On-site service excludes external components such as monitors, external modems, keyboards, etc. (i.e., items which would not be repaired onsite anyway), any software, and some special order internal components too complex to handle onsite.
Availability is typically 10 business days after receipt of order. Availability will vary with the component mix and may be impacted by spot shortages. "Availability" EXCLUDES delivery time. The time in transit may run from 1-10 days depending on selection of delivery method and "ship to" location. Please discuss delivery schedule with your sales representative.

Invoices are due and payable in accordance with that which is stated on the face of the invoice. A finance charge will be added to past due accounts at the rate of 2% per month. All legal, court costs, and service charges incurred in collecting payment will be an expense of and charged to the customer.
Unless otherwise noted on invoice, all shipments will be made F.O.B. Tierratek and any prepaid shipping fees will be billed to and payable by purchaser. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery of merchandise to a common carrier.
Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
A $25.00 fee will be charged on returned checks.
